Custom Shapes? Absolutely! (But There's a Catch...)

"Do you make custom shapes?" "Do you cut custom shapes?" "Can you help me with something custom?" I get these questions all the time, and honestly, I love it! It tells me you're thinking creatively, and that's exactly what we're about. The short answer is: YES! I can cut pretty much any shape you can dream up out of Baltic Birch in the thicknesses I offer.

Now, for the slightly longer answer...

While the possibilities for shapes are vast, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Currently, I specialize in Baltic Birch. While I could cut other materials, my current setup is geared specifically towards this wood. Expanding to other materials is definitely on the horizon, but it's not something I can offer just yet.

The other thing to consider is timing. "Can I get it tomorrow?" Maybe. As you can imagine, custom orders keep me busy! I'm working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but there's naturally a bit of a backlog. I'm constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and speed things up, including running my machines at full capacity and exploring the possibility of adding more machines in the future.

So, to summarize: Yes, I can absolutely create your custom shapes! But, it might not be instantaneous. It's a work in progress, and I'm working hard to get those lead times down. I want to be able to say "yes" to everything, and I'm striving to get there!
