Thank you for choosing Yup Crafts for your handcrafted treasures! We are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Processing Time:
We lovingly handcraft each item with care. Therefore, our processing time typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may slightly increase, and we will communicate any potential delays to you.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. (Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the processing time.)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You will be able to view the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Destinations:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for our shipments. The specific carrier for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Weight of your order: Heavier items or multiple items will result in higher shipping costs.
- Shipping destination: Shipping to locations further away may incur higher charges.
- Selected shipping method: Expedited shipping options will have higher rates.
You will see the exact shipping cost for your order at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Yup Crafts takes great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Please provide your order number and any supporting photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier or sending a replacement (subject to availability).
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. Yup Crafts is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.
