Refund policy

Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not entirely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at haleys@yupcrafts.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at haleys@yupcrafts.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been cut or had edges routed
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have any questions about whether a specific item is returnable, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item following the return process outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period:

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at adam@yupcrafts.com to initiate a return under this policy.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at haleys@yupcrafts.com.

Return Shipping:

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items:

If an item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in its value.
