These wooden circle disc cutouts are ready for your DIY art project, crafting, or furniture needs. Each wooden circle is 8" in size, sanded smooth, and made right here in the USA. Check out the various thicknesses: 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch.

Get the straight cut or choose a variation of the shape. You can get the shape with a routed/rounded edge in the following radius - R=1/8", R=3/16", R=1/4", R=5/16".

These circle cutouts are made of Baltic birch wood, which means they are durable and ready to act as a base for crafting ideas or hang on a wall. You can paint, stain, stamp, wood burn, or write your message with a marker on your wooden circle. We use Baltic Birch, not just Birch plywood. The main difference between birch plywood and Baltic birch plywood is the quality of the birch veneer. Baltic birch plywood is made with higher-quality birch veneer, which results in a stronger and more durable product. Baltic birch plywood is also more expensive than birch plywood.

Variation note: Material thickness is determined from the factory, and may be different under the measurement of a micrometer. Birch Grades may vary (the number of layers in the birch may vary). This is the case with all wood.

HOW?
We use a large CNC machine or a Laser for the initial cut, and then each one is individually inspected to ensure that we're providing the best quality cut. We do our best to get rid of unsightly knots or flaws first, and then we do a light sanding before shipping. Not too much, of course, because we don't want to take away all of your fun!
