Wooden circle disc cutouts are ready for your art project, crafting or furniture needs. Birch Grades may vary (number of layers in the birch may vary)

7.5" in size. Each wooden circle is sanded smooth and made right here in the USA. These circle cutouts are made out of Baltic birch wood, are very durable and ready to act as bases for your crafting ideas or hang on a wall.

You can paint, stain, stamp, wood burn or write your message with a marker on your wooden circle.

Get the straight cut, or if you choose a variation of the shape!
You can get the shape with a routed/rounded edge in the following radius - R=1/8", R=3/16", R=1/4", R=5/16"
*Make sure to look at the images

Please note: If a Rounded edge is selected, we will Round over BOTH the outer edge of the circle, AND the inner edge of the circle (as in "inside" of the hole) *Unless otherwise noted*.

Variation note: Material thickness is determined from the factory, and may be different under the measurement of a micrometer. This is the case with all wood.

Please note, we are using Baltic Birch, not just Birch plywood.
The main difference between birch plywood and Baltic birch plywood is the quality of the birch veneer. Baltic birch plywood is made with higher quality birch veneer, which results in a stronger and more durable product. Baltic birch plywood is also more expensive than birch plywood.

WHY BUY FROM US?
We make all our products by hand in the suburbs of Fullerton, CA. We operate this small business with an attention to detail that can be seen in the quality of our finished products.

HOW?
How do we do this? Quick answer is - CNC Machine or Laser. A large CNC machine or a Laser is used for the initial cut, and then each one is individually inspected. We try to get rid of unsightly knots, or flaws first, and then we do a light sanding. Not too much, because we do not want to take away all of your fun!
